Delete Your Account

You can delete your Baddr account and its associated personal data at any time. This removes you from every club you belong to and deletes your profile and personal identifiers. You can do this yourself from inside the app, or ask us to do it for you by email.

Delete From the App

1. Open the Baddr app and sign in.
2. Go to your profile (the Personal Info screen).
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
4. Review what will happen, then tap Continue.
5. Type your email address to confirm, then tap Delete My Account.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We send a confirmation email once it is complete.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your account at hello@baddr.pro and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we proceed, and we will complete the request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your player profile and personal identifiers.
• Your membership of every club you belong to.
• Your sign-in credentials, so your email is freed for future re-registration.
• Your push notification and notification settings.

What We Retain

Your match and result history is kept so other players’ records stay intact, but it is anonymised - your name shows as “Former Member” and the data no longer identifies you. We remove your player profile and personal identifiers within 30 days of deletion. We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it, for example records relating to payments.

Before You Delete

If you are the only admin at a club, you will be asked to promote another admin first so the club stays manageable. Any unpaid fees remain owed - your club may still contact you about them after your account is deleted.
