Is the social side really free?

Yes - hosting and joining social matches, your rating, stats, and finding a club are all completely free, with no time limit.

Do I need a club to use Baddr?

No. You can sign up as a social player and start finding games near you straight away - no club required. If you'd rather play regularly, you can find a club to join too.

Is there a limit on the number of players?

No. Every club plan includes unlimited players. Add as many members and guests as you need.

Is there a free trial for clubs?

We don't currently offer a free trial, but you can cancel any time during your first year.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider.

Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely. Cancel whenever you want and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Are there fees for collecting payments from members?

Standard Stripe processing fees apply to each transaction (1.5% + 20p for UK cards). These are automatically deducted before funds reach your club. Baddr also charges a 1% platform fee per transaction, taken from your club's share. Your members always pay exactly what you request - nothing is added on top.

What is the platform fee?

Baddr charges a 1% fee on each payment collected through the app. It's taken from the amount your club receives, not added to what your members pay. So if you request £10 from a member, they pay £10 - your club receives the remainder after Stripe's fees and the 1% platform fee.
